Peter Golaszewski works as a Human Resources Coordinator at Robbins Schwartz, where he helps strengthen the connection between employees and leadership and improve HR processes that keep the firm running smoothly. His work spans employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and process improvement, all with a genuine focus on making Robbins Schwartz a great place to work.

Peter launched his HR career in 2023 as an intern and steadily advanced through roles as an HR Administrative Assistant and later an HR Coordinator. Along the way, he built a well-rounded foundation in core HR functions across the manufacturing and insurance industries. He now brings that experience and real enthusiasm for people operations to the legal industry, with the goal of Robbins Schwartz to attract top talent, boost employee morale, and elevate its HR function.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Phoenix and earned his HR Generalist certification from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) in 2025. He remains actively committed to growing as an HR professional.
