On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education released its long-anticipated Regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”). The 2024 Regulations, which go into effect on August 1, 2024, require significant revisions to higher education institutions’ policies, procedures and practices governing sex discrimination, as well as training for education personnel who are involved in the Title IX investigation and grievance process.

We are pleased to announce that Robbins Schwartz’s Title IX attorneys have prepared a comprehensive Compliance Package to assist Illinois colleges and universities in preparing for implementation of the new Regulations.

The Compliance Package includes:

  • 9 hours of virtual Title IX training
  • Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act training
  • Title IX policy and procedure templates
  • Reference sheets for employees
  • A toolkit of template forms and notice letters.

The Compliance Package is now available for purchase. To purchase the package and register for each training session you plan to attend, click here.
