Get to Know Kevin!

Kevin P. Noll focuses his practice on labor and employment law, counseling school districts, community colleges, libraries, park districts, and municipalities on matters including employee discipline, internal investigations, leaves of absence, and discrimination or harassment claims. He also represents clients in litigation and administrative proceedings in federal and state courts, as well as before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, and Illinois Department of Labor, and has conducted Title IX training for educational institutions. Kevin in known for providing practical, solutions-oriented guidance.
