Get to Know Ken!

Kenneth M. Florey advises public and private entities, including municipalities, school districts, community colleges, and private sector clients, on land use, municipal law, construction, tax, finance, and litigation, and also serves as a mediator and arbitrator specializing in constriction disputes. He has chaired the DuPage County Bar Association Local Government Committee, served as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Illinois Capital Development Board, and is a member of the Illinois ASBO Service Associate Advisory Committee. Ken previously served a Trustee for the Village of Lombard and currently serves on its Fire and Police Commission.

Ken holds a Mediator Certification from Northwestern University (2017) and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Mediator and Arbitrator Panels. He is a frequent speaker at Illinois ASBO and other industry conferences on topics including construction law, land use, and public procurement.
