Get to Know Catie!

Catherine R. Locallo is a labor and employment attorney focusing on education and board governance, advising employers on collective bargaining, labor relations, and compliance with laws such as the Freedom of Information Act and Open Meetings Act. Beginning her career as a paralegal before joining Robbins Schwartz in 2004, she became partner in 2017 and is recognized for her client-focused, solutions-oriented approach. Catie is the current President of the Justinian Society of Lawyers, a distinguished position that her father and father-in-law also once held. Outside her legal practice, Catie is actively involved in her community, serving as a volunteer in the travel hocky club that her two sons play for and on a variety of committees. She maintains a commitment to health and wellness through Peloton cycling and walking her dog.
