Kimberly Velasquez is a dedicated member of the Robbins Schwartz team, serving as our Billing and Accounting Coordinator. With a tenure that spans over a decade, Kimberly’s journey within the firm reflects her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to excellence.

Kimberly began her career at Robbins Schwartz in 2006 when she joined us as a Legal Clerk. Her hard work and dedication quickly became evident, leading to her transition to the Accounting department in 2007. Kimberly’s continued professional development and unwavering dedication to her responsibilities have made her an invaluable asset to the firm. She received an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Paralegal Studies from Northwestern Business College, which has greatly contributed to her knowledge and expertise in the legal field.

In her current role as Billing and Accounting Coordinator, Kimberly is a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the firm’s financial processes. Her meticulous organizational skills and collaborative approach allow her to manage the monthly billing cycle seamlessly. She is adept at processing and generating bills precisely, and her sharp eye for detail ensures that client accounts are maintained accurately.

Kimberly is also adept at handling attorney and client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring that the needs of all parties are met with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

Outside of her professional life, Kimberly enjoys spending quality time with her family, a passion that reflects her warm and caring nature. She is an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and cultures, broadening her horizons with each journey. Additionally, she has a passion for antiquing, adding an element of history and uniqueness to her personal life.
