Kathleen Elliott Littledale

Kathleen Elliott is an accomplished attorney with a distinguished record in local government law. Her working local government law spans a wide range of areas, including drafting ordinances, Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act compliance, board governance, contracts, intergovernmental agreements, annexation, zoning, planning, development and redevelopment, finance, and personnel matters.
