She is also consistently demonstrating her professional commitment by annually contributing to the IASB Guide to New Statues, where she plays an integral role in preparing Litigation Section.

Nikoleta’s journey began as a legal secretary and paralegal fresh out of college. This strategic choice allowed her to gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape from multiple vantage points. It was her way of meticulously preparing for the path she had always envisioned – becoming a lawyer.

Nikoleta’s background and upbringing further enriched her perspective. Growing up as the child of immigrant parents, she witnessed their relentless pursuit of the American Dream, starting with humble beginnings and culminating in the construction of a good life. Their remarkable journey left an indelible mark on her, instilling values of hard work, determination, and the relentless pursuit of opportunities.

In her commitment to community welfare, Nikoleta is an active member of her church’s philanthropic society. Here, her passion for giving back finds expression as they identify worthy causes in need of support.
