On August 31, 2021, ISBE issued new remote learning guidance which significantly alters what many school districts are offering for remote learning during periods of quarantine. During this webinar, we will answer frequently asked questions related to the new ISBE guidance, and discuss practical considerations and options for remote offerings in light of the guidance coming out after the start of the school year. We will also review potential bargaining obligations if school districts plan to alter their remote learning options.
