Topic Description:

The Student Discipline Webinar will review SB100 rules and procedures for student discipline. Overview of the process for issuing short-term suspensions, long-term suspensions, and referring a student for expulsion. The presentation will also review required forms and procedures, pursuant to SB 100.

November 12: Navigating the Ins and Outs of Special Education Discipline

Topic Description:

The Special Education Webinar will cover special considerations for students with disabilities including an overview of the manifestation determination review, the process for placing a student in an interim alternative educational setting, and other disciplinary and behavioral considerations specific to students with disabilities.
