Now Available: 2024 Title IX Regulations Compliance Package for K-12 School Districts

On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education released its long-anticipated Regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”).  The 2024 Regulations, which go into effect on August 1, 2024, require significant revisions to school districts’ policies, procedures and practices governing sex discrimination, as well as training for school personnel who are involved in the Title IX investigation and grievance process. 

We are pleased to announce that Robbins Schwartz’s Title IX attorneys have prepared a comprehensive Compliance Package to assist school districts in preparing for implementation of the new Regulations. 

The Compliance Package includes:

• 4.5 hours of virtual training for Title IX team members
• Reference sheets for school district employees
• A toolkit of template forms and notice letters. 

Additionally, school districts that are PRESS subscribers will receive a complimentary analysis of the updated PRESS Title IX policies and procedures once they are released.
