On May 14, 2014, the Circuit Court for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Sangamon County, Illinois, approved a temporary restraining order to delay implementation of Public Act 98-0599 (SB 1 – the Pension Reform Law). A final written court order has not been issued at this time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
