Holly E. Jacobs provides comprehensive counsel to employers on various aspects of labor and employment law, such as employee discipline, internal investigations, federal and state discrimination issues, labor relations, and Title IX compliance and investigations. She represents employers in both the private and public sectors and offers guidance to school districts, municipalities, and institutions of higher education. Holly is an active member of the American Educational Research Association and served as a peer reviewer for the last two annual AERA conferences. Prior to law school, Holly was a Fulbright Scholar and taught English as a second language in Nordhorn, Germany.
