Robbins Schwartz is thrilled to welcome Anne L. Blackbourn to the firm as an Associate Attorney in our Student Rights and Special Education groups. Anne earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she founded and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Education Law and Policy Journal and was President of the Society for Education Law and Policy.
