Our attorneys support clients daily with every stage of preparing prompt responses to meet tight FOIA deadlines, from analyzing requests and fulfilling obligations to search for records, to reviewing and analyzing potentially responsive information, to appropriately denying FOIA requests when there is a permissible basis. Clients rely on our extensive experience when a request for review is filed with the Illinois Public Access Counselor (PAC) or a civil action is filed in circuit court.
