Our range of representation includes administrative adjudication and judicial enforcement proceedings for code violations. Additionally, we advise our municipal clients on liquor licensing and related issues associated with events where liquor is served. We have served as both counsel for local liquor commissioners as well as prosecutors initiating suspension/revocation charges on behalf of local police departments.
