Get to Know Niki!

Nikoleta Lamprinakos is an experienced trial lawyer who defends government officials and entities in civil rights, employment, and tort cases. She has won complex cases in state and federal courts, mentors associates as leader of her firm’s litigation group, and contributes to the Illinois Association of School Boards Guide to New Statutes. Starting as a legal secretary and paralegal, she was inspired by her immigrant parents’ work ethic to pursue a successful legal career.
