Growing up in a region with both highly ranked school districts and private schools, Ryan saw firsthand the disparities in educational opportunities. This experience shaped his dedication to helping school districts improve programs and expand opportunities for students, ensuring that more young people have the resources they need to succeed.

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan enjoys cycling, reading, playing board games, and building Lego sets. A lesser-known fact about Ryan is that he is a former varsity collegiate swimmer and he is the captain of his 16-inch softball team each Summer.
