Get to Know Nicole!

Nicole L. Karas focuses her practice on local government and corporate law. She serves as outside general counsel to local governmental clients providing a wide range of legal assistance, with a primary focus on construction law, commercial transactions and real estate. Nicole counsels clients on board governance, land acquisitions, procurement and bidding issues, intergovernmental cooperation, compliance with the Open Meetings Act and Freedom of Information Act, and other state and federal regulatory compliance matters. Nicole also represents corporate and non-for-profit clients on entity formation, contract review, leases, real estate and other transactions.
