About Us
About Robbins Schwartz
We are a team of problem solvers. Founded in 1970, we pioneered the practice of education law as a singular discipline and our leadership in that field continues to be well-recognized. Over time, our focus has widened to include representation of educational institutions, public entities, and private sector clients located throughout Illinois.
At Robbins Schwartz, we emphasize preventative counseling by identifying, evaluating, and seeking to resolve issues before they generate protracted disputes or costly litigation. When litigation is in our clients’ best interest, our attorneys are prepared to initiate or respond to the full range of claims, charges, or complaints, whether before administrative agencies or the state and federal courts.
We nurture attorney-client relationships by fostering trust and confidence through clear, timely communication and by delivering the highest level of service. We understand the importance of adapting our specialized knowledge to serve the unique mission, philosophy, and needs of your business or governmental entity.
