Jordan T. Shead

Jordan Shead practices in labor and employment law. Before joining Robbins Schwartz, Jordan served as associate legal counsel to the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association. At the NJPSA, she advised school administrators on employment matters, including tenure disputes, hostile work environment complaints, and disciplinary actions. She also handled collective bargaining issues, including grievance arbitration. Jordan’s prior experience representing school employees gives her a unique and valuable perspective in her current work representing public sector employers.

Jordan earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago, where she received the Curt and Linda Rodin Social Justice Fellowship in recognition of her commitment to public interest and the Loyola community. Before law school, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where she served as a captain of the track and field team and earned all-American honors in the 4x400m relay.

In her free time, Jordan enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband, also a Notre Dame track and field alum, and their two cats.
