Natalie A. Jakubowski
Natalie A. Jakubowski is an Associate with Robbins Schwartz and has a strong commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of Labor and Employment law, as well as Title IX matters. Fluent in both English and Polish, she often served as an advocate for her immigrant parents, bridging language barriers and guiding them through complicated matters. This early experience shaped her desire to become a lawyer, ultimately driving her to support others in understanding and navigating the law.
Her interest in Labor and Employment law was sparked while taking a course on Labor and Employment in the Education Workplace during law school. This led Natalie to focus her career on improving workplace environments and counseling employers on complex legal issues. She enjoys the process of helping her clients through intricate procedures and contributing to the creation of positive workspaces for all.
Natalie honed her skills while working as a law clerk for Chicago Public Schools, where she supported both the Labor and Employee Discipline Unit and the Office of Administrative Hearings and Labor Relations. These experiences solidified her desire to focus on Labor and Employment law, especially within the education sector. Natalie prides herself on providing diligent, forward-thinking counsel to her clients.
Outside of her professional life, Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her cat. She also loves trying new restaurants and staying active by practicing yoga.
