Zaria N. Udeh is an attorney practicing in the area of education law with a focus on special education and student matters. This includes advising school districts on legal compliance concerning IEPs, 504 accommodations, OCR and state complaints, student discipline, First Amendment issues, and civil rights compliance among other areas. She represents districts in a variety of administrative proceedings such as due process hearings and residency disputes. She excels at guiding educators on navigating applicable legal requirements while providing practical solutions, drawing on string listening, problem-solving, and client-focused skills. Before joining Robbins Schwartz, she served as a special education attorney with Chicago Public Schools. Her New England roots and multicultural background fuel her commitment to ensuring educational opportunities for all students.
