Jordan E. Radford

Jordan E. Radford focuses her practice on education law, with particular emphasis on student rights and special education, student discrimination and harassment, student discipline, student bullying, and student confidentiality.

Jordan earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Utah, where she served as a Senior Editor for the BYU Law Review and Submissions Editor for the Education and Law Journal, and was awarded the Stanley D. Neeleman Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, with a minor in Editing, also from BYU. Upon graduating from high school, she was awarded the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Scholarship, which gave her the opportunity to attend a gap year of school in Germany.

Jordan is admitted to practice law in Illinois, is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).

Jordan is an active participant in the Chicago Bar Association’s Lawyers in the Classroom program, teaching Chicago-area students about the U.S. Constitution.

Outside the office, Jordan enjoys hiking and camping throughout Illinois and beyond, a passion rooted in her childhood in the Rocky Mountains and family trips to Yellowstone.
